George serves in a leadership role with the company, as well as lead-statistician for client studies. He has worked in the industry for over 30 years and has experience with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device studies. During his career he has worked with hundreds of clients and helped obtain approval for products from a broad range of therapeutic areas. George has represented clients in FDA meetings including panel presentations. He has served as the lead statistician or team leader on products cleared or approved in all areas of the FDA (PMAs, 510(k)s, NDAs, and BLAs). His broad range of statistical analysis experience includes DMC/DSMBs, analysis planning, interim analyses, adaptive trials, and other areas.  George has also been the primary developer of proprietary company software, reporting systems and programming tools to help improve efficiency and appearance of output.

Martha has over 30 years of experience in the clinical trials industry. Her experience includes management of all aspects of company operations, business development, marketing, finance, budgets, contract management, quality assurance, and process improvement. She has served in multiple project roles and has experience with data and project management. Martha serves as the company Quality Assurance leader and has  implemented the company’s strong quality management system.  She has managed numerous successful audit and has been key to improving efficiency to ensure the company consistently meets industry standards. 

Bailey serves as the company’s Vice President of Business Development and marketing specialist. She has experience in B2B Sales, marketing strategies, and analysis. Her sales experience and knowledge of statistical consulting enable her to work in a fast-paced CRO environment where she understands the importance of responsiveness, flexibility, and quality service. Bailey develops and implements Stat One’s marketing strategies, including all digital marketing efforts. She follows industry news and conducts market research to determine the best-fit companies for our services. Her knowledge of company services and client needs helps her identify new companies that may benefit from Stat One’s experience. Bailey manages the company’s marketing database and reaches out to new potential clients about Stat One and service capabilities. She identifies each client’s needs and approaches each solution by maximizing the value of Stat One’s experience for the client. Bailey’s experience and knowledge of the clinical trial industry allow her to serve a wide range of potential clients effectively.

John is responsible for overseeing the company statistics and programming departments as well as training new biostatisticians and SAS programmers. He has a Masters of Statistics from NC State University and Biology from Eastern Carolina University. John serves as the main statistical lead and contact for clients and works on pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device studies for many therapeutic areas including oncology, diagnostics, and AI. He has extensive knowledge of CDISC including ADaM and SDTM guidelines.

Sam is a Senior Biostatistician who serves as a statistical lead for clients. He has a Masters in Statistics from NC State University.  Sam has experience with CDISC requirements; complex SAS programming; and writing company macros. Sam serves as a main statistical lead for clients in a variety of therapeutic areas. He works on pharmaceutical, biotech and Medical Device studies.  Sam has extensive knowledge of MRMC analysis and AI products.

Kevin serves as a project statistician and as a client contact for studies. Kevin has worked on interventional and diagnostic studies supporting lead statisticians across all areas of consulting. Kevin is an experienced SAS and R programmer, has knowledge of statistical methodology and CDISC requirements. Kevin has a Master of Statistics degree from NC State University.

Isabella completed her Master of Statistics degree at Duke University. She has experience working with clinical trial data and statistical methods. Isabella works with our project teams to support statistical and programming needs of the company.

Colin serves as a Statistical Programmer and is responsible for programming datasets, tables, listings, and figures. He has a degree in Statistics from UNC Chapel Hill University.

Austin serves as a Statistical Programmer and is responsible for programming datasets, tables, listing, and figures. He has a degree in Statistics from NC State University.

Haven has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. Her organizational and communication skills are key to her role and overseeing company operations.  Haven manages oversight of all client tasks, due dates, statements of work and task completion. She works closely with company management and the biostatisticians to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Caelan DeMuth is a Senior Project Manager responsible for communicating with clients and internal teams to complete programming and statistical tasks. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Roanoke College. Caelan tracks project tasks and communicates project status with the client and internal team.

Amy has worked in multiple programming languages and is responsible for updates and improvements to our proprietary software. She works closely with the company CEO and COO to advance our software capabilities and respond to client requests. Amy also works as part of our project teams to program statistical outputs such as datasets, tables, listings, and figures. Amy’s degree is in Software Engineering.

Hannah has a Bachelor of Internationa studies from NC State University. She has been with the company for five years and is responsible for data management studies including reviewing data queries, closing queries and database training. Hannah is detail oriented.  She has experience with database build and validation activities.

Madison is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and tracking client service agreements and confidentiality agreements.  She has a degree from Liberty University and experience with human resources and administrative tasks. Madison also performs data management tasks and validation activities.
