Haven has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. Her organizational and communication skills are key to her role and overseeing company operations.  Haven manages oversight of all client tasks, due dates, statements of work and task completion. She works closely with company management and the biostatisticians to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
